I think the Chinese have a cheaper encabulator that Huawei has reverse-engineered. I intercepted an encrypted message during my routine network scan and decoded it. My boss was in disbelief. Thanks to Macquarie Telecom we have Cloud Layer Encabulation. We now have the bridge to the Quantum Encabulator. No more side fumbling on the entangled magneto reluctance.

But how do you deal with AS174 de-peering policy? It makes the UDP packets fall out of the sky with a decent packet loss. My network FPGA switches do not like, and it makes the applications useless. Encabulator technology should be better next time hopefully
